This is an online class you can do at your own pace with 1 year of access that includes a robust workbook, digestible videos, and custom posters you can print to save breath practices from the course. There is a group enrolled but no interaction is designed unless you choose to engage in discussion with other learners. This is a doorway to learning the nature of physiology for true health. We believe stress is useful and inevitable. The design of this course strips away the moral failings associated with states of anxiety, depression, and overwhelm and empowers you to work with intrinsic skills like conscious breathing, somatic movement, and neuroplasticity tools to use stress as the evolutionary tool that it is instead of something to 'manage'.
